M-Biotech's newly developed alarm monitoring system provides
freedom for the patient while allowing caretakers, parents,
children or hospitals peace of mind.
The wireless alarm unit measures biological data from sensors
such as glucose biosenosr and transmits this data to a receiver
monitored by a caretaker. If levels fall out of a predetermined
safe range an alarm is activated, notifying the patient and
caretaker. A key feature of the monitoring system is a GPS chip
which provides caretakers with the exact location of a patient
should they become critically ill or incapacitated.
