Suk Han, Ph.D., Founder & Acting CEO
Dr. Han is the inventor of the M-Biotech Glucose
Biosensor System and is an expert in the field of enzymes and biosensors.
He was a Research Fellow in the Medical School and College of Pharmacy at the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, and he
received his doctorate in Biochemistry at Washington State University. He is an
adjunct professor of Materials Science Engineering at the University of Utah.
Mark Nocerini, Ph.D., CTO and Board of
Director
Dr. Nocerini was the Director
of Assay Development and Product Discovery, at Abgenix,
Inc., Fremont, CA, and he
was Assistant Director of Drug Metabolism at Pfizer. He received his
doctorate in Nutrition with emphasis on biochemical mechanisms at Washington State University.
Donald Peterson, CPA, CFO and Board of Director
Mr. Peterson has more than 25
years of experience in accounting, finance, and administration. He has 10
years of experience with Big 5 public accounting firms. He received
business administration and accounting degrees from Brigham Young University and is a
member of the AICPA and UACPA.
Deborah
Eppstein, Ph.D., Board of Director
Dr. Eppstein is currently President of Q
Therapeutics. Dr. Eppstein was co-founder and CEO of Altea Therapeutics, a venture-backed company
developing products for pain, diabetes, and Parkinson’s
disease. Previously, she was Vice
President of Corporate Development at TheraTech
and subsequently Arcaris, and earlier was
Director of Corporate Development and Department Head of Biochemistry,
Virology and Tumor Biology at Syntex. Dr. Eppstein received a B.A., magna cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa
from Grinnell, a Ph.D. with honors in biochemistry from the University of Arkansas, and conducted research in virology
and cell biology as an NIH postdoctoral fellow at University of California at Santa Barbara.

Mr.
Fong is a multi-disciplined general business manager with experiences in
corporate alliances, marketing, sales, distribution, product research,
design, development, and quality systems.
His prior work experiences span from large publicly traded
companies including Baxter International and Air Products & Chemicals
to emerging entrepreneurial companies.
He holds his bachelor of engineering degree from Purdue University, Master’s degree in
engineering from the University of Missouri at Rolla, and an MBA in
marketing and finance from the University of Chicago.

Miller, MBA., Board of Director
Mr. Miller is the president
of Eschelon Bioscience, Inc. He has over 25 years in the
pharmaceutical and diagnostic industries with a successful history in
strategic planning, company operations, project management, product
development and launch, business development, and funding. His career
includes Marion Laboratories, American Home Products Corporation,
American Hospital Supply Corporation, William H. Rorer, and Iomed, Inc. His MBA is from the University of Utah where he graduated first in
his class with honors.
