announced today that recent successful animal studies conducted by the Company
show proof-of-concept in animals for the Company’s continuous
monitor implant.
This milestone brings us one step closer to the
goal of developing a critically needed way of monitoring the glucose
levels of diabetes patients to improve their quality of life. We look forward to accelerating the
development of this innovative medical device upon completion of our next
round of financing.

and licensing agreement in Seoul, Korea. The agreement provides $1
Million in financing to M-Biotech, and grants an exclusive license in Asia to Chong Kun Dang for an
implantable glucose biosensor being developed by M-Biotech.
